The plaintiffs in the Osaka IR Land Lease Injunction Residents' Lawsuit requested disclosure of the "Basic Agreement" concluded between Osaka Prefecture, Osaka City, and Osaka IR Co., Ltd., but Exhibits 1 to 5 were not made public.

The plaintiffs' legal team believes that the Exhibits contain information that is significantly disadvantageous to Osaka City regarding the Yumeshima ground issue.

The plaintiffs' legal team filed a petition for a document production order at the second oral argument of the injunction residents' lawsuit held on 12/16/22, but Osaka City is scheduled to submit a written opinion by the end of March 2023.

The next hearing will be held on Monday, March 13, 2023 at 3:00 p.m. in Courtroom 202 of the Osaka District Court.
